As usual, InMusic took to X/Twitter to poll fans on their favorite new releases, and Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga’s “Die With a Smile” topped the list, securing 57% of the vote. LISA and Rosalía’s dynamic collaboration, “New Woman,” followed with 23%, while Post Malone’s F-1 Trillion and Tinashe’s Quantum Baby each garnered 10%.
“Die With a Smile” debuted with 4.5 million streams in its first 24 hours, earning a top 10 spot on the Daily Global Spotify Chart, and added another 4.3 million streams on its second day. Fans have embraced the duet between these two pop powerhouses, though many speculated it might be the lead single from Lady Gaga’s upcoming album. However, Gaga clarified that it’s a standalone single. “I was finishing up my own album in Malibu, and one night after a long day, [Bruno] asked me to come to his studio to hear something he was working on,” she explained. “It was around midnight when I got there, and I was blown away by what he had started creating.”
