Lorde is officially back on stage. On September 17, the Grammy-winning singer launched her Ultrasound World Tour 2025, delivering an electric opening night filled with fan favorites, deep cuts, and songs from her latest album Virgin.
The show lived up to the tour’s ambitious promise. From the moment Lorde stepped onto the stage, fans were swept into a spectacle of flashing lights, visual transitions, raw emotion, and even a performance on the treadmill.

The setlist opened with “Hammer,” one of her newest singles, before quickly shifting into Pure Heroine classic “Royals.” Across the night, Lorde balanced hits like “Green Light,” “Team,” and “Supercut” with deeper cuts beloved by longtime fans, including “Buzzcut Season” and “No Better.”
Songs from Virgin such as “Favourite Daughter,” “Current Affairs,” and “If She Could See Me Now” were also given their live debut.
The evening reached its peak with the closing sequence. After performing “What Was That” and the euphoric “Green Light,” Lorde surprised the audience by stepping down into the crowd. There, she ended the show with “David” and her signature ballad “Ribs.”

The Ultrasound World Tour runs through December 2025, with stops across North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Opening acts include The Japanese House, Chanel Beads, Empress Of, Oklou, Nilüfer Yanya, as well as Virgin collaborators Blood Orange and Jim-E Stack.
Additional shows have already been added in major cities like London, Amsterdam, and Brooklyn due to overwhelming demand, underscoring the anticipation around Lorde’s first global tour since 2023’s Solar Power Tour.
