“If you’re a celebrity, shut the f-ck up. Nobody wants to hear your f-cking sh-t,” Doja said in the video. “Be mysterious. Stop letting people in on your life. Have more mystique. The more they see of you, the less they’ll want.”
Doja’s reference to “mystique” echoes the aura once associated with past icons, when access was limited and public appearances were carefully curated. Figures like Prince, David Bowie, and Madonna built mythology through distance as much as through output.
