i-dle leader SOYEON has unveiled the full tracklist for her debut solo album, What a Wonderful Life, giving fans their first look at the eight-song project ahead of its September release. The album will feature a narration by GaAn84 and a guest appearance from Minsu, while several titles hint at the playful and personal approach SOYEON is taking with her first full-length solo project.
The tracklist arrives just days after SOYEON released “STAR,” her first solo song in five years. The high-energy track, built around retro synthesizers, crisp percussion and a driving synth bassline, offers an early glimpse at the sound and personality of the upcoming album.
What a Wonderful Life is scheduled for release on September 7, 2026, at 6 p.m. KST. The project marks SOYEON’s most substantial solo release since her 2021 debut EP Windy and arrives after years of establishing herself as one of K-pop’s most hands-on songwriters, rappers and producers.
The album’s title, [끝내주는 인생], translates to What a Wonderful Life, while the newly revealed tracklist suggests a record that will move between humor, confidence, romance and introspection. “I’m Quitting,” which opens the album with narration from GaAn84, is followed by “Bankroll” and “icebluerabbit,” the latter sharing its name with SOYEON’s producer alias.

The new album follows SOYEON’s 2021 Windy, released during a period when she was already becoming increasingly influential in shaping i-dle’s sound. Since then, she has helped write and produce defining group hits including “TOMBOY,” “Nxde” and “Queencard,” while expanding her work through outside collaborations and production.
Her creative credentials have continued to grow, including work with artists such as Anderson .Paak and membership in the Korea Music Copyright Association. The What a Wonderful Life rollout began with SOYEON teasing “STAR” during her Waterbomb Sokcho appearance earlier this month, setting the stage for a solo era built around a distinctly personal creative identity.
